The science side

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, majoring in Biology and Extension Services. That means years spent understanding how living systems work — from cells and genetics to soils, crops, and how to pass that knowledge on to farmers and communities.

Agriculture isn't just a subject to me. It's how Kenya feeds itself, and how young people can build real, self-sustaining careers.

The code side

I'm a self-taught programmer. No bootcamp, no degree — just years of building things, breaking them, and learning from it. I write Python for data and automation, Go for fast, reliable backends, and PowerShell for Windows automation.

Everything I know came from free resources, curious evenings, and stubbornness. StudentExtra is how I pass that on.

Why StudentExtra

Most Kenyan learners never get a chance to touch real programming or modern agriculture — not because they can't, but because nobody shows them where to start.

StudentExtra exists to close that gap. Practical lessons, no jargon, no expensive courses. Just the skills that actually matter — for school, for work, and for building something of your own.
